Abstract The purpose of this study is to: (1) produce video lessons that are feasible to be applied as learning media. (2) knowing the feasibility of learning videos so that they are feasible to be applied to learning media. Development of this learning video uses research and development methods or Research & Development which produces learning videos. This development research uses Allesi and Trollip method, which includes 3 steps of develoment, namely (1) planning: determining needs and goals, gathering resources, and generating ideas. (2) design : create flowcharts, create storyboards, and prepare scripts. (3) development: producing video and audio, programming material, preparing supporting components, evaluating and revising. Abstract The objective of this study was to know the effect of organizational structure and teams processes toward decision making of elementary school principals in Ternate Municipality. This study consisted of two exogenous variable, they are organizational structure and endogenous variable is decision making of elementary schools principals. The population of this study was all of the elementary school principals in Ternate, they were 100 respondents. The sample was taken by applying simple random sampling. The total sample of this study was 80 principals. The Effect Of Job Design And Quality Of Work Life Toward Affective Commitment Of Teachers

 ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct influence of job design and quality of work life on the affective commitment of teachers. This research method with a quantitative approach and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The findings of this study prove the direct effect of job design on affective, there is a positive direct effect quality of work life on affective commitment and there is a positive direct effect of job design on the quality of work life. The conclusion is that increasing the teacher's affective commitment must be supported by the job design and the quality of work life properly, effectively and efficiently.
